Single room wanted near Merchiston Campus, Napier University having routes of bus nos 11,15,16,23,45

I want a en suite/normal single room with all basic facilities included near (like 15-20 mins via bus) Merchiston Campus,Edinburgh Napier University . I want from September 2nd week 2012 until any long(1 yr+) as I am undergraduate 1st year International student. My Budget is around more or less than 390 pounds(including necessary bills will be great otherwise also no problem). I will surely be a very good company to my future flatmates and I can share flat with either males or females but would mostly prefer to share with males.

We're both at Edinburgh Uni and the flat is ideally located for both the George Square buildings and Moray House and is about 15 minutes walk from Waverley station. The tenancy runs until the end of June.
The room on offer is bright and spacious, with a double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, bedside cupboard, and a built in wardrobe/cupboard. We have a kitchen with all the usual appliances, a light and airy living/dining room and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a parking permit with the property. The flat has gas central heating and we have broadband with free evening and weekend UK calls.
