Extension on house has been built in the past 6 months with a large kitchen and 2nd bathroom. Lounge/Dining area has a new 42" plasma TV with sky+ hd. All bills included, with internet and sky.
The house itself has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, one toilet room, kitchen, lounge/dining area, basement and a large garden.
We have a very friendly landlord, who is willing to help if we ever have any problems with the house.
The availible room is an average size double room, furniture included is: a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws, desk and wardrobe. The room is situated at the rear of the house on the 1st floor with garden views and next to the bathroom.
