Student looks for a room in Bristol for five months
Posted 15th August 2011 by Giulia Hello, I知 Giulia and I looking for a room in Bristol for five months, from October to February, near the University of Bristol. I知 an Italian student and I知 a quiet and sociable person; I like chatting, knowing new people, going out, but at the same time I need my space to study, in my room. I知 tidy and clean and I don稚 like the mess. I like cooking and I知 good, specially I知 good at making cakes. For example, sometimes I壇 like to have dinner with all flatemates at home, or watching a film together. I need a cheap and furnished room, with the access to the Internet. Could you help me to find a room?

The property has recently been refurbished and each fully fitted bathroom, bedroom and kitchen has been finished to a high specification. The property has a laundry, bike storage and CCTV. 2mb in-room Internet access, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price.
The room offers 3/4 beds and external facing windows. The kitchens have wooden flooring and a dishwasher, and the shared bathrooms consist of 2 showers & 2 toilets.
Can move in once paper work is done. Must be ready to prove you are a student and also have ｣250 for deposit. The contract will be from when you move in til July.
