Many rooms have solid wooden floors and for those students who prefer soft flooring, rooms with carpet are available. COMMUNAL SPACE WITH GARDENS AS STANDARD: Every house has a communal lounge with seating on comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV, and access to a maintenance free designer garden with shed.
